I have a vehicle that requires fleet service, making an appointment was easy and convenient. Very poor service experience. Initially, booked an appointment on Saturday ( through their scheduler) to have someone look at a transmission problem. After driving all the way ove Initially, booked an appointment on Saturday ( through their scheduler) to have someone look at a transmission problem. After driving all the way over, was told "sorry we.only.do oil changes on Saturday). Came back a week.later, talked to a service advisor and booked an appointment for Tuesday to have a diagnosis and repair. Was texted Tuesday night and advised I needed a new transmission (at 57000 miles only). Would be done by Thursday or Friday. Advised Thursday it would be Friday. Texted on Friday that Tech's kid was sick at school and he had to leave. Would be done Monday. Tried numerous times on Monday to make contact...Nope. Texted on Tuesday morning that tech working on my car was sent to a."2.week school". Trying to find someone to continue job. Finally, on Thursday afternoon got my car to the tume of $8918. Bottom like, go somewhere else for a Ford repair. More

Dropped my car off and got no responses back about status. Was told service would be done the same day. Took 5 days to even get a response from them after calling them non stop at least 5 times each d status. Was told service would be done the same day. Issues with my new truck from day one. No help or follow up from the dealership. Was such an easy experience, was able to book an oil change online while sitting in their parking lot and got in within 5 minutes!
