This is by far the worst dealership I have ever been to. I came in for 5 problems and took them a week to fix ZERO of the issues. Ended up taking to another dealership and they were able to identify the iss I came in for 5 problems and took them a week to fix ZERO of the issues. I have a vehicle that requires fleet service, making an appointment was easy and convenient. Very poor service experience. Initially, booked an appointment on Saturday ( through their scheduler) to have someone look at a transmission problem. After driving all the way ove Initially, booked an appointment on Saturday ( through their scheduler) to have someone look at a transmission problem. After driving all the way over, was told "sorry we.only.do oil changes on Saturday). Came back a week.later, talked to a service advisor and booked an appointment for Tuesday to have a diagnosis and repair. Was texted Tuesday night and advised I needed a new transmission (at 57000 miles only). Would be done by Thursday or Friday. Advised Thursday it would be Friday. Texted on Friday that Tech's kid was sick at school and he had to leave. Would be done Monday. Tried numerous times on Monday to make contact...Nope. Texted on Tuesday morning that tech working on my car was sent to a."2.week school". Trying to find someone to continue job. Finally, on Thursday afternoon got my car to the tume of $8918. Bottom like, go somewhere else for a Ford repair. More
