There are many words and phrases that can be to describe the experience of shopping for a new car, and most have a negative connotation. While few people approach the dealership with confidence, most are an the experience of shopping for a new car, and most have a negative connotation. While few people approach the dealership with confidence, most are anxious or frustrated because of unanswered questions or past experiences. I can say that I have never felt more at ease in an auto dealership, than I was during my time at Larry H Miller. I worked with John “Red” and Suvi in the sales department, and they were truly men of their word. They worked diligently to get me exactly what I wanted without any sleazy sales tactics. They treated me and my family with respect, and were genuine and upfront in their approach. Richard in finance was equally as pleasant to work with. He was personable and patient during the signing process. I never felt rushed, or stressed. Each employee that I interacted with ensured that all of my questions were answered and that I was comfortable throughout the process. First viewing of the vehicle that we were interested in unfortunately it was the wrong vehicle because they had told us it wasn’t ready. Then I explained to him I thought I saw it in the front line of the unfortunately it was the wrong vehicle because they had told us it wasn’t ready. Then I explained to him I thought I saw it in the front line of the dealership and they look around and finally found it to for a test drive like everything that we liked about it so we decided well let’s go with it so we did buy it went through the process got everything squared away paid forwarded for everything was smooth so far until today, Wednesday, August 6 I received a call from David Clem from the service department saying that I need to bring the vehicle back to get serviced and smog certified finally got a hold of him and asked him whether or not I had to bring it there or could I use another Larry Miller and he said unfortunately I have to bring it back to Mesa to get it done so I said OK. I’ll find my time in my schedule but I would like to get compensated for my time to do it when I drive back to the dealership to get the service work done Thanks, SaM Fontejon More
Service advisor was awesome. As walk in I was able to get the service done in timely manner. Should get the page updated and remove the personal that don’t work there.
