This dealer must overbook their service department. I had three issues, oil change service, window that wouldn't go up & problem with my cruise control it took one day to change my oil, another to fix I had three issues, oil change service, window that wouldn't go up & problem with my cruise control it took one day to change my oil, another to fix my window & I told them forget about my cruise control because I wasn't waiting another day. Service said they were waiting for techs to get to it......isn't that what appointments are for? More

The sales process was fine. Unfortunately there was a problem with my Bronco I discovered the next day after purchase. It’s now been two and a half weeks since I made my warrant Unfortunately there was a problem with my Bronco I discovered the next day after purchase. It’s now been two and a half weeks since I made my warranty claim with the Larry Miller body shop. The issue I’m having is that the doors need alignment. It should be a simple fix. And after two and a half weeks all they can tell me at dealership is that we are waiting for warranty claim from Ford. So I still have no idea when repair will be taken care of.
