Got the job done but did not give me any of the estimates that I requested. Did not check brakes on multi point inspection. My car was in the shop for 3 weeks tonreplace the turbo boost and i was paying Lyft to get to and from work every day ($120.00 each day). Only after 2 weeks was I given a loaner. My rep didn’t keep in touc boost and i was paying Lyft to get to and from work every day ($120.00 each day). Only after 2 weeks was I given a loaner. My rep didn’t keep in touch with me, I always had to call him. When I picked up my car they didn’t clean if after the rain storm we had. i paid $3K for this job and I’m overall disappointed. More

This is the only place I have service my vehicles. I have had a great relationship with staff and hope with the changes they will continue to be service and relationship oriented. They didn't follow my instructions and made me wait due to manager meeting. Had an appointment and it still took an hour and a half and then I had to look for my service person who was in a meeting.
