Jim Cortina and the rest of the service staff were great. Brought truck in for standard maintenance and a transmission‘slamming’ issue and they took care of it in one afternoon with an update. Katlynn was outstanding (and the foreman too who was able to diagnose the problem) (a failing throttle body which, in turn, caused the car to go into "limp mode". (Just wish my car's display or car manual to diagnose the problem) (a failing throttle body which, in turn, caused the car to go into "limp mode". (Just wish my car's display or car manual indicated "limp mode" when I couldn't drive faster than 10mph and consequently I got a tow!) It was difficult to diagnose because car worked OK in the shop; very frustrating and scary. But Katlynn kept me informed and the foreman persevered until he finally got the car to repeat the issue after 3 days in the shop. Also the Service Dept. kindly arranged a ride home for me on the day my car was towed in. More
