I haven't been to a dealership service department in many years. They lost my trust many years ago. However Larry h. Miller Ford service department was a breath of fresh air. They got me in quickly. The purchase transaction of my vehicle was fine, wasn’t as quick as I was hoping but everything was aligned. It was however a dealer decal on the vehicle that embedded in the paint. I was advised by the se as quick as I was hoping but everything was aligned. It was however a dealer decal on the vehicle that embedded in the paint. I was advised by the service department and a detail personnel that it would need to be painted. The dealership finally agreed to paint it after several days of back and forth but now they cannot provide a loaner while they keep my car to paint over the damage their decal left. The clip for the bumper also was popped out and needs to be fixed. I would’ve rated higher but the customer service portion after they received their funds from the transaction is terrible. More
