I’m impressed with LHM Ford’s service department. I am a snowbird from Michigan, but have my 2016 Edge serviced by LHM. I recently purchased a low mileage 2023 Edge from another dealership in the Pho I am a snowbird from Michigan, but have my 2016 Edge serviced by LHM. I recently purchased a low mileage 2023 Edge from another dealership in the Phoenix area, but used LHM for warranty (and other) services. They quickly diagnosed a bad BCE module, got a new one overnight and installed it at no charge (warranty work). The service rep (Suzie) sent several texts to keep me updated regarding progress and completion. I will continue to use LHM Ford for servicing my vehicles when wintering in AZ. More

This dealer must overbook their service department. I had three issues, oil change service, window that wouldn't go up & problem with my cruise control it took one day to change my oil, another to fix I had three issues, oil change service, window that wouldn't go up & problem with my cruise control it took one day to change my oil, another to fix my window & I told them forget about my cruise control because I wasn't waiting another day. Service said they were waiting for techs to get to it......isn't that what appointments are for? More
