Generally love the dealership for service. Been going there for years. Went in for an oil change. And needed a trans service. Was not specifically quoted on the price but needed to be done. Both services completed but came back with recommendations. Opted to perform the alignment that was recommended. Truck had 100k miles so figured it would be a good idea to. After looking at the estimate on the website both services were estimated at ~500. 275 for the trans service, and 150 for the alignment. (I had a prepaid oil change). Was shocked when i picked up the truck to have a bill that was 50% higher. When explained, the service writer said that it initial didn't include parts. Additionally, the initial readings for the alignment showed that the alignment was within specifications so no adjustments were necessary. Thus my complaint is the web quotes for the bill and the upcharging on services that are not necessarily needed More
