I had taken in my car at least 4 times. Last visit for AC/fix my alignment/xx oil for any leakage. Hayden was disbelief in what I was explaining to him about my alignment, saying that it co Last visit for AC/fix my alignment/xx oil for any leakage. Hayden was disbelief in what I was explaining to him about my alignment, saying that it could of that I went over the pot hole causing the alignment off. I said to him that last visit before him w/the AC ,I had came in for Transmission the third time and when I went in my alignment was straight from the first time I had taking in for transmission from both 5 no question ask it was (veered off to the right)done. The third time it veered off to the left . While waiting on my end to take care of my warranty they did not even fix the alignment but xx the oil panel. Instead I should inconvenience to come back for my alignment. They had my car the entire day , did not pick it up until next morning. I had to explained to Hayden the circumstances and it was like I was trying to get a free bee .Not on top of that , I just recently found that my registration was missing out the glove box. which all my car stuff like warranty, insurance and registration is in. Every time, I bring my car in they tell me I'll get the warranty out of your car. When I offer to handed to them. This is what happens , I had called and talk to them , no phones calls, I have to go and pay for another registration which I feel they should pay for it for careless of handling my vehicle. This is worse service I have had in AZ. More
