I have been a service customer at Larry Miller Ford for several years now. I took my F-250 for an oil change today and my service advisor, Christopher, was great. A small issue required a call from the service manager, Seth, who was able to resolve the issue and I was very pleased with the outcome. I keep returning to Larry Miller Ford, because out of the three Ford dealerships in my vicinity, I have had the best experiences at Larry Miller. It’s not as fancy or flashy as some of the others, but I do feel like they are focused on providing good customer service. More

While driving to work, I had my tire blow out. I had to get a tow to the nearest Ford dealer which happened to be this place. Overall the communication was very poor. I found myself having to consistently check in for updates and had trouble getting a hold of my advisor. In total, the dealership had my car for an entire week to swap out the tire and fix the fender cap. I understand it can take time to order a part, but really? A week? I seemed to be the only one creating any urgency to speed things up and was left in the dark about how long the process would be. When I originally took it in, I was quoted to have it back same day, for reference. When the car was finally done, I had to ask my advisor for transportation to the dealership (this was not proactively discussed, of course). We came to an agreement at 8:45am that she would send an Uber to pick me up at 11:30. 11:15 rolls around and I’ve heard nothing further. I had to call in at 11:45 since they had clearly forgotten to follow through. Michael at the front desk was able to help me out but it was not without hassle. I typically go to Chapman Ford and my car is usually washed after getting service completed (my bill was $1,300 after all) and was disappointed that it wasn’t washed or even charged (electric car) after all that time. I would not recommend. More
