I recently had another bad experience with this dealership’s service center‼️‼️☹️ The advisor, Justin Frier, has an unpleasant attitude, and poor customer service skills. During several visits I’ dealership’s service center‼️‼️☹️ The advisor, Justin Frier, has an unpleasant attitude, and poor customer service skills. During several visits I’ve had to wait for hours to find out the recommendations & status of my car; probably intentional each occurrence. The advisor told me “it’s ok to keep driving the car with the engine light on and he would call me when a loaner car was available so I could bring my car back in for the mechanic to complete the repairs that I had originally bought the car in for”. He also stated that the mechanic only addressed one of the codes for my engine and not the other one. Days are passing and I have “NOT(‼️)” received a call as promised, or an email &/or text message regarding being assigned a loaner car or when I can bring my car back in to have the engine issues I originally brought my vehicle in for addressed and repaired. “I AM THOROUGHLY DISSATISFIED AND DISAPPOINTED WITH THE SERVICE I’M RECEIVING AT THE ‘Larry H.
