Thank you so much for your response. Unfortunately I missed your call yesterday and I was trying to call you today . Yeah I like always to get my car serviced with your location and with other locations at Mesa auto drive . The last experience I had was not the same I have had in the past two years . The reason I came there to change the oil and to check on the issues that I have with my car . I have an extended warranty that pays everything with zero deductible plus a rental car . I wasn’t sure why the person I dealt with wasn’t able or initiative to help me with that . Even he didn’t offer to schedule another appointment for me so he can diagnose the problem. Thanks
