I have not received my second key or my owners manual. I was supposed to get those mailed along with the keys that were kept on my trade-in key by accident. I was offered a lower deal with the salesman an I was supposed to get those mailed along with the keys that were kept on my trade-in key by accident. I was offered a lower deal with the salesman and when I got to finance, my interest rate was almost double and my payment was $400 higher than what I was told initially. It was negotiated to a lower payment and that is the only reason why I completed the deal. it has been almost 2 months and I still have not received my keys. I contact the salesman just to hear that he will call me back and never does. More
