I have came to the conclusion that Larry H Miller Ford Mesa can’t be trusted with servicing my vehicle whatsoever there’s always something that happens to my car while in the service department from exter Mesa can’t be trusted with servicing my vehicle whatsoever there’s always something that happens to my car while in the service department from exterior damage to interior. First it was the dent on the side of the door only thing they offer to do was buff it out you cant see it no more but the dent is permanent, Second I have a 1nch 1/2 gap between my dashboard & Windshield this occurred while my Cluster/Infotainment screen was replaced I took it down to the dealership to show my concern Joey “Service Manager” checked in car took brief notes on a few other concerns almost 1 month goes by I go pick up my car and to this day that gap is still there, Lastly I had an Oil Change/Alignment done I took advantage of the oil change special “THE WORKS” which this package includes a variety of inspection on the vehicle one of them being topping off fluids which I later check and was not done , Why promote something that’s not going to get done? But what was more concerning was that the oil level was near the LOW line on the dipstick I understand the “Exclusion may apply” since my car takes 10 quarts and the limit was 6 quarts but I’m pretty sure I payed for the remain 4 quarts since instead of paying $49.95 plus tax and labor I got charged $82.99. I currently have my 4 rims damaged on my vehicle from the clamps that go on the wheels from the alignment machine the measurement are 7 1/5 inches exactly from one point to the other either the job was done in a hurry or the tech didn’t know what he was doing that $110.78 now turns into a couple more hundred dollars out my pocket due to careless & unprofessional employee that did this job More

$710 for a transmission fluid/filter change on F150 is unreasonable. Was told it’s because the filter is in the pan. Not many vehicles have external transmission filters. I know the 2019 with 5.0 is the hardest so I would expect it to cost more but almost triple is a bit much. Not sure about the $40.00 miscellaneous charge either. You should get ripped off paying for service. The service writer was polite though lol. More

Unfamiliar with Sales, but Service Department needs better communication. Was told they were there until 5:30 p.m. and when I arrived at 5:15 to pick up my vehicle, Service writer had already bailed!!! better communication.
