The service department at the Larry h miller ford in Mesa Arizona is the worst. I tried to drop my truck off the night before my early morning service appointment and was ignored by multiple employees. I jus Arizona is the worst. I tried to drop my truck off the night before my early morning service appointment and was ignored by multiple employees. I just needed to know where to park the vehicle and had two employees completely ignores me and another employee turned his back on me and walked away. When my service contract is complete I will never do business with LHM motors again. This is the second time I have complained about their service department. Do better! More

I made an appointment for an oil change on my F350 at 8:30 AM, Abby was there on time took my information gave her the key to the truck. Abby asked if I was waiting or needed a ride somewhere, I told her 8:30 AM, Abby was there on time took my information gave her the key to the truck. Abby asked if I was waiting or needed a ride somewhere, I told her my wife was there to pick me up. We left for a couple of hours and I received a text telling me I needed the air filter replaced and they sent me a video of the air filter. I can’t thank Abby and her team enough for the way they handled everything no hassle whatsoever and really easy. Everyone was polite and respectful, I love going there and wouldn’t want to go anywhere else but there. More

Seth the Director of service took care of my driver side seat. He kept me informed on when the new seat cover was coming in. Service called to setup an appointment.
