Disappointed with the wait time even with an appointment, went in for an oil change & AC check but was told I could only get an oil change & make another appt for AC check. Now have to take time off work to went in for an oil change & AC check but was told I could only get an oil change & make another appt for AC check. Now have to take time off work to come back. Came in at 940 for my 1000 appt, my ride was still in the parking lot at 1115 until I said something, ended up waiting 2.5hrs for only an oil change with an appt. Very disappointed with the service today. More

First time at this dealership so didn’t know what to expect. I was treated with respect and helped right away. Don’t know how many times they offered me water. My car was there almost 2 weeks for initial problem, when returned repairs did not solve the problem. Was told to bring vehicle back once they had a loaner available. Over two weeks and no communication from returned repairs did not solve the problem. Was told to bring vehicle back once they had a loaner available. Over two weeks and no communication from dealer. Called and they said they’ll call back. No call back. Called the next day and he said bring it back and pick up loaner. Dealer had car for over a week and was told unit was repaired and ready for pick up. Once I arrived at dealer, we did not even get off the service drive and unit was inoperable. Left car for an additional 3.5 weeks and just received car back. So far the unit is work as designed. More
