My 2019 Ford Expedition Max was taken in for service appointment by Suzie Famoso. She contacted me to let me know that it was in process. After inspection Suzie let me know what the recommended servic appointment by Suzie Famoso. She contacted me to let me know that it was in process. After inspection Suzie let me know what the recommended service would be. I OK'd the service request and they got all the work done in a timely manner. I brought my Expedition to Suzie at Larry H Miller as I had a failed repair of my transmission at the dealership in San Diego close to me. I brought the paper work to Suzie so that they would know what was supposed to be the repair. The repair in San Diego was badly done with bolts cross threaded and me being told that everything was fine and it just needs to sync with the "computer brain". I told them that the clunking was just as it was before repair. The technicians found many problems when the transmission was opened up and all repairs were done under the warranty from San Diego, This is the second time that Suzie has taken my car in and gotten it to the proper technicians to find the problem and get it repaired. The first time was a leak in the air conditioner and air conditioner stopping completely as we were crossing the desert to Mesa to visit my daughter, I no longer trust the San Diego dealership and I will be bringing my Expedition to Suzie when ever it needs service. Thank you Suzie and the Larry H Miller Ford technicians for taking such good care of my Expedition. I love my car and how well it is working now! Why is Suzie not listed in your Service Department people list????? She is an amazing example of HIGH QUALITY SERVICE to her customers!!! More
