I am not sure what the point of making an appointment is for. 45 minutes after my appointment time, my car still had not been moved into a bay. Minutes short of being there for 2 hours my car was done. for. 45 minutes after my appointment time, my car still had not been moved into a bay. Minutes short of being there for 2 hours my car was done. Why does it take 2 hours for an oil change at a “Quick Lane”? A scheduled oil change!!!. It didn’t used to be like this. Late edit to my original post. I spoke to the service manager, Seth within a few days of pick up my vehicle. He’s an extremely knowledgeable and professional individual. He listened to my concerns and ready to address frustrations, rectifying them immediately. To clarify, a few frustrations were beyond their control and I was unaware of it at the time.
