SERVICE VISIT

I’ve had nothing but trouble every time I visit this dealership’s quick lane for maintenance. I don’t know if I’m going to dealership to get my car maintenance done or asking them to create more problem dealership’s quick lane for maintenance. I don’t know if I’m going to dealership to get my car maintenance done or asking them to create more problems. After my last visit, my car stopped running the very next day. When I returned, they claimed a small sensor was missed but charged me $1,300 for labor, even though they said the replacement was “free.” Now, after my most recent visit, it feels like my tires weren’t even rotated, and my car is leaning to one side, making me think they’re setting me up for a wheel alignment. On top of that, the staff was dismissive of my concerns. When I questioned the charges and work done, I was met with vague answers and no real accountability. It’s incredibly frustrating to feel like you can’t trust the people who are supposed to help you. I only went to this dealership because I’m new to the area More
