My car was there almost 2 weeks for initial problem, when returned repairs did not solve the problem. Was told to bring vehicle back once they had a loaner available. Over two weeks and no communication from returned repairs did not solve the problem. Was told to bring vehicle back once they had a loaner available. Over two weeks and no communication from dealer. Called and they said they’ll call back. No call back. Called the next day and he said bring it back and pick up loaner. Dealer had car for over a week and was told unit was repaired and ready for pick up. Once I arrived at dealer, we did not even get off the service drive and unit was inoperable. Left car for an additional 3.5 weeks and just received car back. So far the unit is work as designed. More
I have used LM FORD many times and have always received top notch service. Jim Cortina does a great job of getting me in and out with minimal delay and keeping me informed about what repairs or service ne top notch service. Katlynn does not respond to requests via text message. 2023 F250 has an issue with dash display not retaining last settings. Supposedly modules were updated to resolve this issue. Tech did not verify problem was resolved and they gave the vehicle back to me with same issue. Very disappointed. Mobile techs do not install seat covers and the two mobile techs that just serviced my truck 8/27 were sitting on my tan cloth seats with their greasy clothes. Had to remove black stain from passenger seat. I told the tech to install seat cover everytime or don’t sit in my seat. Commons sense you would think but these two guys were probably only 17-18 years old and obviously need some training. They replaced my batteries, removed the insulation around the batteries and then failed to install the insulation back on the new batteries. Had to call and have the insulation pieces brought back. I will install them myself. Really don’t want these two touching my truck again. I used to be in charge of a fleet of Ford trucks for a company. Tried this service department several times and was always disappointed with the service department’s performance. Feeling generous today giving 2 stars. More
