Our 2024 Ranger had an issue with the Restraints Indicator Lamp Warning. We bought the truck new at Steve Courey Ford in Star Valley, Arizona. The truck had the issue from the day we bought it 7-20-2024. Steve Coury said they would fix it. They had our truck on 2 separate days and couldn't fix it. We turned to Larry Miller Ford in Mesa, Arizona for help. It's a 90 minute drive each way but it was worth it. We made an appointment. Our service man, Dave Harney, was waiting for us with a loaner and a smile. He said they may the truck for a few days. The next morning Dave called and said the truck was ready to go. The problem was faulty connectors. A simple fix. Why couldn't Steve Coury fix it? We bought the truck from them. Never again. We will make our future purchases at Larry Miller Ford in Mesa, Arizona!!! More
I have used Larry Miller several times in the past with great results but April 10 was a nightmare. Three hours for the works and I was the first one there at 6:30. Yikes ! It was just an oil change. The service dept. has always been top notch. Unfortunately had to change service advisors due to a retirement but the new advisor I chose did not skip a beat. I have has always been top notch. Over the last 5+ years I have relied on LMF for al of my vehicle maintenance and have never had any issues or regrets. More

We were bounced between 2 salesmen and were there for 5 hours and still the deal was not finalized. As a result, we drove home in the new vehicle with a dealer plate. After calling twice the following week hours and still the deal was not finalized. As a result, we drove home in the new vehicle with a dealer plate. After calling twice the following week we were finally able to meet up with a salesman (John) who was very nice, however not either of the two salesmen we originally dealt with. John met with us to finalize the deal and sign all of the necessary documents, and even bought us coffee. Another week went by and we finally received a copy of all of the documents that we signed. By far the worst car buying experience to date, other than John! I hope he gets the commission, not the other two! More

Larry H Miller quickly checked me in, gave me a quick estimate a few hours later and we had a plan mid day. They promised to have it fixed the following afternoon and actually had it ready by 11:30. The service writer Josh was attentive and professional all along. Well done to all and their team did a great job! More
