Great service, friendly professional staff, excellent results! The team assigned to my vehicle was outstanding. The service technician diagnosed the issues accurately and also was proactive in recognizin results! The team assigned to my vehicle was outstanding. The service technician diagnosed the issues accurately and also was proactive in recognizing an imminent brake system failure before it did major damage to brake rotors. My service advisor was very prompt in keeping me apprised of the service techs recommendations and the costs. I am very happy with the results; my truck is running great and blowing cold AC! The gentleman that we talked to at the service department was not very knowledgeable about his job. He told me that the battery that was just over a year old had no warranty on it. I told him he was wrong ab was not very knowledgeable about his job. He told me that the battery that was just over a year old had no warranty on it. I told him he was wrong about that. He said he would have to talk to his supervisor about it. He came back and told me that I was correct. I was then informed that it would take an hour and a half to replace the battery, it took 3 hours. My wife and I were not happy about that. As far as the choice of service centers, I chose Larry Miller, due to the vicinity. I didn’t want to risk breaking down trying to drive to the dealership on the other side of town. More
