I scheduled a service appointment for 7am. I arrived at 6:50 and waiting for the doors to open. I checked in and gave my keys to the service advisor, and walked next door to have breakfast as I arrived at 6:50 and waiting for the doors to open. I checked in and gave my keys to the service advisor, and walked next door to have breakfast as he told me it would be an hour to an hour and a half for the service. Not a problem. I came back at 7:50 and my truck was still sitting in the parking lot, it had not even been pulled into the bay. Why in the world would I have a 7am appointment and 50 minutes into the appointment my vehicle still has not been put on the rack. I then asked for my keys back and proceeded to leave. At no point did the service advisor give me an update, tell me that I was next, or offer to reschedule my appointment. I will NO LONGER be doing business with Larry H Miller in any capacity. This was not the first time I have had a terrible experience with the company, but it was the last and final straw. Please, do better. More

It was great from the moment i pulled up. Fernado was so nice and informative. Will go back. The area where oateons wait is amazing. I dont drink coffee but i saw so many people enjoy it and Fernado was so nice and informative. Will go back. The area where oateons wait is amazing. I dont drink coffee but i saw so many people enjoy it and water is a definate here in the valley. It was just a pleasure. Didnt seem like 3 hours had gone by. Fernando explained everything and the sending of an email to explain what else my car needed was ingenious. I could look and see what i could afford and not feel like i was being oished into amything. Im a single parent and i isually dont have a lot of money and i am usually embarassed that i cant pay for everything at once. Actually what i paid out of my pocket was less then was quoted. You have to love that. More

My service went smooth. Although my on-line appointment confused the person checking me in, it was figured out and my oil change went well.
