The worst customer service I have ever experienced with a dealership. Was told we’d get 2 remotes with vehicle gave us 1 that worked and the other one we will need to get it programmed on our dime. Engine light came on the very next day it took me a week to get someone to call me back with a date to bring it back after multiple phone calls. Had to return vehicle for another issue sat in service area 20 mins before someone helped me, Tech said it would take just a couple of days turned into a week. Inquired about my vehicle and he said they had to order parts then 2 days later he said we were getting a kit to fix issue. No parts were ordered. Warranty approved the replacement of part dealership took cheaper way out and said they fixed with a kit would not put new part in as instructed. We will see if it holds up. My temp plate expired and still did not have my license plate. When I called the girl told me the paperwork was just sent in (45 days after purchase) and her reason was she is the only person handling registration for 2 dealerships so she didn’t have time. She finally emailed me a copy of my plate and I recd the permanent one 2 weeks later. Stay away from this dealership. More
What started as a very bad experience, was turned into positive in the end. We pulled into the service department 15 minutes early, and was promptly greeted....... however we were left standing there wit positive in the end. We pulled into the service department 15 minutes early, and was promptly greeted....... however we were left standing there with no interaction for the next 20+ minutes. We were just getting into the truck to leave when the same girl that greeted us asked if there was a problem. I said yes there was and was not happy after watching 2 other vehicles pull in, checked and off to service after we had been there. I asked to see the Service manager as this was not up to Ford standards, as I know being a retired Ford dealer employee. The Service Manager Joey Zaffino came out and I explained my displeasure, and he agreed it was not to standards. Without going into details I want to express my sincere gratitude to Joey Zaffino, this guy is the real deal when taking care of customers. VERY PROFESSIONAL!! Larry H Miller Ford Mesa is EXTREMELY lucky to have an employee like Joey Zaffino. It's because of Joey I will return to this dealership when we return in the fall. Thank you again Joey Zaffino. More
