I’ve always given Miller Ford a 5 star rating but not today. - no response to my text or call while I waited - Fernando did not let me know what else my truck might need - only after I asked - DEF spi today. - no response to my text or call while I waited - Fernando did not let me know what else my truck might need - only after I asked - DEF spilled on the outside of my truck and splattered on the tire - after I asked Fernando had trouble reading the brake inspection numbers - I am a snowbird and have referred many people to you because of your great customer service, always responsive, informative about work done/needed, etc. Not today - very disappointed. - Fernando didn’t even know I was waiting - a young women checked me on and I told her o would be waiting - the truck was done and he didn’t even find me - I went to find him 2.25 hrs later. Failed to inform me about rewards points, did not wash vehicle or alert me that my oil change package needed renewal until I picked up my truck. Charged me to tighten my rear view mirror even with truck u vehicle or alert me that my oil change package needed renewal until I picked up my truck.
