He knows the product and is so very personable, I felt very comfortable with all my questions. No ego or know it all attitude that can be a real turnoff in the car buying experience. Down to earth, informative and so very pleasant in every way is how I would describe him. We left the next day , with the truck and felt as though he would answer any more questions or guide us along so that we can fully enjoy all the features of this truck that often times we have not used or enjoyed with other vehicles we have owned in the past.
