Excellent service provided to diagnose front end problems which turned out to be a bad right ball joint and bad upper control arm bushings. Other dealers could not identify these issues. LHM fixed the noted which turned out to be a bad right ball joint and bad upper control arm bushings. Other dealers could not identify these issues. Took my truck in for an oil change. Guy said it would be 1 1/2 hours. I said fine, went to lunch, came back. Asked about my truck. He completely FORGOT about me. Vehicle was in service department for over two weeks. Many incidents, parts needed to be ordered, service writer in training, tech out sick, then Too busy to work on my vehicle. Scheduled an appointment for 8:00am, our service advisor kept us posted of the repair. Was told of cost, which from my research was fair. After approval of repairs, repair was completed. Total time was a kept us posted of the repair. Was told of cost, which from my research was fair. After approval of repairs, repair was completed.
