First visit we worked with Adrianna to hone in on the right trim level for us. Very enjoyable experience. Next time we worked with Matt Oso to select a specific car. Short test drive went well. Ended u right trim level for us. Very enjoyable experience. Next time we worked with Matt Oso to select a specific car. Short test drive went well. Ended up completing a deal on the new car. When driving home with the new vehicle we noticed a vibration at higher speeds. Called Matt from the car and we brought it back in. They jumped right on it and ended up swapping out all 4 wheels pretty quickly. Test drive confirmed the fix. They took care of the issue for me, we’re committed to getting it right, did not blame me, and the car drives wonderfully as intended. More

I hate dealing with ‘car salesmen’ because they typically have a hidden agenda and despite being ‘up front’ they always have something held back. I worked with two Genesis dealerships for two different mo have a hidden agenda and despite being ‘up front’ they always have something held back. I worked with two Genesis dealerships for two different models. They were the polar-opposite of each other. Larry Miller Genesis was the one I trust and ultimately bought from. Addison Garrett provided his best price including optional incentives right up front. This was a huge departure from the other dealership experience, where they made me ask and question every aspect of the car buying experience. They low-balled me on my trade and made me feel as though they were going above and beyond. They weren’t. When it comes down to how I felt about the buying experience I can say this with absolute certainty, both Addison and Edgar (my sales rep) were phenomenal and made me feel at ease in making such a large purchase. Edgar demonstrated the vehicle to me, he pointed out features which made the vehicle so much more attractive and answered all of my questions thoroughly. He was attentive and discerning, giving me privacy when I needed it and being present for any questions I had. More

LHM Genesis Peoria is always incredibly attentive and staff are very courteous and provide great customer service. My Genesis GV60 had a recall, and as promised the service appointment was a breeze.
