Excellent Customer Service !!! Will Never Return to Any Larry Miller Dealership I came in to look for a pre-owned vehicle. Brian F was friendly through the entire process, but then there was Jef. Because of him, I will never ret I came in to look for a pre-owned vehicle. Brian F was friendly through the entire process, but then there was Jef. Because of him, I will never return to this dealership, nor will I recommend it to anyone. I spent 3 hours at this place on a Tuesday night. Jef kept saying that he could do certain things and after finally coming up with a plan he was trying to push me to sign that night. I left for the night to think about things and called the next morning and told them I would do it and was told the car would be ready for me when I got there. I show up that evening and was informed by someone other than Jef that we couldn't go forward with the deal that was made the previous night. Jef refused to make any eye contact with me in the lobby and refused to come discuss the problem with me personally, instead telling someone else (non-management and they weren't the one who came up with the deal) they had to. When I became upset about the situation, the employee told him how upset I was and his response was simply shrugging his shoulders. This is NOT what I would expect from ANY person in management. He has the worst customer service I've seen in a long time and he's completely disrespectful. I took my business elsewhere and had a much better experience. I'm sorry Brian for you having to deal with my yelling caused by the ignorance of your sales "manager". More

I have bought at least 20 cars from dealers in my life or helped with family and friends. These people understood my needs and understood that when I said go we were gone I made an offer they explIned to me they could not do that, the sales manager jeff came and assisted, he showed me what he had to have out of the car and asked if I would be able to do a little mire then that. I offered 5 hundred more and he said we have a deal I was there a total of about an hour and half and done. I got to say they have my business for life these guys rock, managers and the finance gentleman was stellar I complement who ever was involved that you guys rank among the best!!! Thank you for a great experience! More
