I tried for 15 minutes to make an appointment over the phone with no luck at all. I drove to the dealership to make the appointment and was told they only had one person making appointments. The reason he gave me its that it was the dealership “policy” although not mandated by law. He said they needed to confirm that I was who I said I was, even if I were to pay all cash Frankly said, It’s a clear overreach because I showed a proper government ID and American First Credit Union already confirmed who I am. I’ve already been a victim of identity theft twice and I don’t want to go through that ordeal again, especially at my age! I therefore terminated my $30,000 deal with Tito and Natasha. Tomorrow I’m returning my cashier's check to America First Credit Union along with a formal complaint to them regarding your self-serving requirement to keep a digital copy of my driver’s license and insurance card. I feel that I was purposely misled by Natasha because I repeatedly told her that I wouldn’t agree to allowing LHM Honda to keep a digital copy of my driver’s license for its data base. I wasted a good deal of my day thanks to her. I got my hopes up for nothing. Shame on you LHM Honda for misleading honest customers like me.
