They should givev a option of MAYBE, not just yes or no. on the questions. I waited almost 2 hours for an oil change today. Very slow. I had an oil change appointment set for 8:15, and it took 2.5 hours before they were done. It took over 1.5 hours before they finished the inspection I had an oil change appointment set for 8:15, and it took 2.5 hours before they were done. It took over 1.5 hours before they finished the inspection part. I would have understood more if I didn't have an appointment. It was hard for my two toddlers to be there that long, and we ended up having to miss our swimming lessons classes for the day because our appointment ended too late for us to arrive on time. The staff was very friendly though! I also appreciated that the repair items seemed to follow what the owner manual suggested (I think this was the first oil change I got where they didn't ask me to change the air filters). More
