However, their response to my concerns has been lackluster at best. The customer service I received was abysmal, with little to no effort made to resolve the issue in a timely manner. It's clear that their commitment to customer satisfaction is severely lacking. I urge potential buyers to beware of Wayne Emery and their disregard for delivering quality products and satisfactory customer service. Charged me for an engine bay cleaning, didn't clean it. When I confronted them, the first guy got defensive and was dismissive. Second guy was apologetic and got it cleaned, but after the engine bay dried When I confronted them, the first guy got defensive and was dismissive. Second guy was apologetic and got it cleaned, but after the engine bay dried it was still dusty and full of dead leaves. They also didn't check my tire pressure, but claim they do. Overall this visit was very disappointing and made me feel like I have to double check everything they do. They also added on a "shop fee" that makes no sense. I pay a lot for all the services they carry out. You can't tell me the base price doesn't cover everything. The fee is just their way of squeezing more money out us, while still claiming the prices are fair and transparent. More
