I had contacted the general manager AND the corporate office. Each time I was told too bad so sad, now beat it! This dealership has no sense of customer service. As I mentioned when I spoke to your "managers", I've purchased over 5 vehicles at various Larry Miller Dealership and am buying several more for my company. The door at your dealership can't hit a customer in the rear-end fast enough before you choose to screw any customer that has a legitimate issue. You sold me a car with a failed transfer case - I have the proof. Either you knew you did or you were negligent in not checking it after I was informed you check everything! You couldn't even offer an oil change for one of the other Larry Miller cars. I believe you guys could not recognize the liability or it would open the flood gates. I chose not to engage my attorney on this. It's clear that is your strategy. Only crooks behave like this. DO NOT BUY A USED VEHICLE FROM THESE GUYS! You have been warned, if you're reading this.
