They don’t always use common sense. I had to get them to check an alignment (check only) after they admitted the one by the door malfunctions in the morning sun. They left a loose piece on the seat when fixing a seat sensor recall. They didn’t inspect brakes as part of their inspection, though they were told there’s a squeak when backing up. For the prices, they should be more detailed. I also took the car in at 7:30am (scheduled appointment) and asked for an update at least by 1pm. The inspection wasn’t completed until 1:30pm. I had to get a rental car due to the delay. Car wasn’t ready until 3pm. More
