This was my very first interaction with Ana, as she took over for my relationship with my previous long-term advisor, Dirk Dunham who was relocating to a new home in another part of the country, Dirk will be missed; however, I am confident that Ana will be able to help me continue my excellent relationship with this service department. He shown us numbers we liked and we agreed . She filled out a credit app, wish we had come with our own financing but we trusted him with getting her a good rate . He told us we could do everything on Monday . He did not want us waiting our whole Saturday for financing . Very appreciative for his consideration for our time . Monday , he called me and confirmed a good time for us to come in after my daughter got off work. His workday ended at 4pm but we could not get there until 430. The whole sale and everything ended with daughter getting a better interest rate and loan by herself at 630 pm. He did not complain once . Greta attitude and personality . The reason for the 4 star is the financing guy. John R. We came into his office and of course here comes the sales pitch about GAP and extended warranty and tires . I told my daughter we should have gotten our own financing and paid half the cost for GAP. He said “ good luck with her credit score with any other bank” I was taken back because he as arrogant and acted like we never shopped for a car before . Even gave me some garbage about needing the warranty and the bumper to bumper . Which I confirmed with Hyundai corporate . It is a true bumper to bumper and not just defects . I wanted to leave and get our own financing but my daughter was excited and I completely trusted Nick L. Thank you Nick . You deserve 5+ stars . John R you deserve 1 star . More

He showed us all the awesome features this truck offers and spent a lot of time answering all our questions. He was very knowledgeable about the truck but more importantly very personable. We had a dash light come on unexpectedly since it was a brand new vehicle and she took care of it immediately.
