Generally I hate dealing with sales people at dealerships as my experiences in the past fostered the stereotypical image of the over-aggressive pushy salesman who cares more about making a few extra bucks than making his client happy - a sure fire way to lose my business. I cant say enough about my client advisor, Chris DiPiro. I felt he genuinely understood my needs and was everything you would want in a sales advisor. At no point did I feel he was wasting my time nor pushing me towards me vehicles I wouldn't be interested. He helped me find the perfect vehicle for what I need and I would recommenced him to my friends and family in a heartbeat. Give this man a raise! More

It seemed rushed and did not get exactly what I thought Overall the dealer ship was good, I felt the sell and process was rushed and I did not get exactly what I thought I was going to be purchasing. I have in the last month contacted the sales person on an issue with the nitrogen tire system. The sensor system keeps coming on telling me I have low pressure in the rear passenger tire and twice in the last three weeks it has came on. I only have 1700 miles on the vehicle. Last week I texted my sales person did not hear from her so i wrote an email for someone to contact me and still have not heard from anyone so it seems that once you walk out of the dealership your relationship is over, I am going to call the dealer manager or higher if I do not here from someone soon. More
