Best experience ever! My fiancé and I were in the market for a new car and scheduled an appointment with Camelback Hyundai because it was the closest dealership to our hous My fiancé and I were in the market for a new car and scheduled an appointment with Camelback Hyundai because it was the closest dealership to our house. When we arrived at Camelback Hyundai we were told they had a car onsite we wanted but they didn’t, they didn’t listen to our wants/needs, and our salesman didn’t care about us we were just another sale. They weren’t personable and every sales person was sitting inside playing on their phones, talking to coworkers, and not caring about potential business. After spending three hours at the dealership they told us they couldn’t get us what we wanted and we left. Immediately we looked online to see Larry H. Miller Hyundai in Peoria had the car we wanted so we drove 25 miles in rush hour traffic to get there. When we arrived we noticed 3-6 salesmen outside waiting for people to show up. We were immediately greeted by Buddie. He was personably, knowledgeable, and listened to EVERYTHING we had to say. As he walked us inside everyone was friendly and the manager personally came up and welcomed us in. We felt like family in a matter of minutes. Buddie pulled two cars around for us to see. Both of which we wanted. We test drove one and instantly knew we didn’t need to look at the other car. We walked inside and started the buying process. We worked with Buddie (salesman), Sam (manager), and Billy (finance) to get the payments we wanted and they jumped through hoops to make that happen. Not once did I feel like they were going to turn us away like Camelback. They were going to make sure we drove away with the car we wanted at the payments we wanted as well. I will recommend EVERYONE I know to go see Buddie and the team. It was the easiest car buying process I’ve ever been apart of. More
