Zac figures out a way to get the most money off of the old car while giving her a good deal and not defaulting me on that loan. I was so pleased. More

Watch Your Back To help build my daughter's credit score, we chose to co-sign a loan for her (my husband and I have impeccable credit scores in the 800's). After hour To help build my daughter's credit score, we chose to co-sign a loan for her (my husband and I have impeccable credit scores in the 800's). After hours of my daughter being put through the 'ringer' and paperwork, we finally agreed upon an interest rate that was high, but we understood since she was a first-time buyer. HOWEVER, when we went to sign the papers with Kyle Stevens, he had switched it and put ME as the 'buyer' of the car and my daughter as a co-signer!!! I called him on it and asked him to change it and he resisted by insisting that it "doesn't make a difference" and that my daughter and I were "partners" anyway - which is a lie, a co-signer on a car does NOT build their credit nor had we negotiated this deal with me as a buyer AT ALL (and yes, he still had us at a high new-buyer interest rate with me as the buyer)! Is this how Larry Miller trains it's finance employees... with inaccuracies and responses meant to deceive? I paid for the car in cash (not what I wanted to do) and walked out quite angry at the ego on this young man and his resistant behavior to do what we had worked on (my daughter buying a car) for 3 hours! I won't be back nor will I recommend... just want to warn others in case they hear the same inaccurate responses or get 'pushed' by the finance department. Marisa Balderaz (in sales) was very helpful, as usual, with us as we picked out the car. Kyle Stephens needs some guidance from 'the top' and needs to bury his ego to be accurate and helpful to his customers. More

I Have Car-Buying Anxiety I'm the type of person who is very cynical about the car buying process, and don't tend to believe anything that comes out of salespersons' mouth. If I'm the type of person who is very cynical about the car buying process, and don't tend to believe anything that comes out of salespersons' mouth. If I was not in so much of a time-bind to lease a new vehicle after an accident, I probably would have spent more time making my decision - but as it stands, I believe I left the dealership with a mostly fair deal, and a car that I like very much. All of the salesmen I spoke with were great: Justin "Gunnar" was new but confident, friendly, and didn't give off the predatory vibe that most sales professionals tend to have. Billy and Andres were also patient and helpful, explaining all of the parts of the lease to me. When I went to the finance office to sign paperwork, I appreciated that Kyle didn't try to sell me on any service packages or extras, as I had already expressed my extreme wariness about being "scammed" on my lease. However, I almost called off the whole thing in the finance office due to the attitude of the finance manager. I admit that I was not the easiest person to deal with, but I am not the professional in this situation. I had questions about what I believed to be a hidden charge in my lease paperwork, and instead of calmly explaining it, he snapped into teenage girl mode and just said "fine, I'll just take it out it doesn't affect your lease payment anyway, it's fine", and continued to ignore further questions about that statement while he re-printed the paperwork in a pissy manner. After re-printing in a huff, he finally explained the charge and how it didn't affect anything, and I was able to continue with the original paperwork, while also telling me with an attitude that "he's doing this as a favor to me, not selling me on the extras because he does tons of deals a day and he doesn't need to make money on me". Okay, way to make me feel uncomfortable. I understand that things happen - he may have been having a long, bad day, and a girl crying with anxiety about buying a car is perhaps not what you'd like to end your night on - but at least make an effort to be nice. On another note, this is the only dealership that seems to understand that it's hot as xxxxx outside, and doesn't make you stand out on the lot sweating to death while you look at cars. I'm tentative to leave a review at this point because I was promised a tint on my car, but after speaking to the "customer experience manager" or something on the phone today, I was told that she needs to "overlook" the paperwork to make sure I really am supposed to get the promised tint before she can let me schedule an appointment. Funny how the salespeople made it seem so much easier to get the tint than it actually is. More

First Time Leasing II spent 6 months looking for a car. My phone and inbox were filled with dealerships from across the country leaving me messages, but seemed like the II spent 6 months looking for a car. My phone and inbox were filled with dealerships from across the country leaving me messages, but seemed like they truly wanted to work with me. On a whim I went on Autotrader and did a quick search in my state and found a vehicle at Larry Miller Hyundai that I was interested in. I submitted my inquiry and got a call from Marisa. She was awesome, never pushy. I came in the next day and worked with Jake. Both were extremely easy to work with. The whole process was very easy. I feel like within a blink of the eye, I had a price I was comfortable with and I was driving away in the car I wanted. Even delivery was awesome. The car was "inside" in an air conditioned bay, and spotless so I could check out the car without getting heat stroke while they finalized everything. By far the lease stressful experience I've had getting a car at a dealership. Thank you. More
A Comfortable Visit with Friends My wife and I had an appointment with Paul after church. We received a friendly greeting and waited a few minutes for Paul. We talked with Paul a wh My wife and I had an appointment with Paul after church. We received a friendly greeting and waited a few minutes for Paul. We talked with Paul a while and then he introduced us to Zac who worked with him some of the time. We then spoke with Zac and ask him a lot of questions and ask him to explain some things two or three times. He was very patient and knowledgeable and said he would show us how things worked on the car after we got our questions answered. Earlier he had taken us for a test drive. When we decided to make an offer a manager was brought into the conversation who was also very nice. He worked with us for about an hour in negotiations and various payment plans to meet our needs. After reaching an agreement on the purchase they washed the car and how everything worked on the car including the apps. It was a lot of information and we didn't remember all of it. We were told we could come back as often as we wanted and they would be happy to explain it again. Paul and the "team" were never pushy and always tried to help us. I feel like I will be helped any time I go back and see Paul. More
