Easiest experience I've ever had My husband and I were looking to lease a new car for me but not necessarily in a rush since I have a car that we will be turning over to our son. We already own 2 SUVs and leasing makes sense for me right now. Because of that, we've been looking around at different vehicles and taking our time. Austin took care to listen to what I wanted and needed. He wasn't pushy (or obnoxious) like the few salsepersons Ive dealt with over the last few weeks. To be honest, I wasn't even considering a Hyundai until Austin wowed me with the Tucson. He worked with us to stay within our budget, even doing handstands (LITERALLY) to do so. We were in and out of the dealership in less than 2.5 hours and that included the test drive and him showing me the features of the car before me driving it home. I don't think I've ever left a dealership with a new car in under 5 hours. Car buying usually sucks and this was not bad at all. He even did a backflip in front of the car before I took it home. He's a really cool guy and it takes a lot to impress me so that's saying something. More

Long Term Customer After I inherited a Hyundai Sonata from my dad, I continued to take it to the dealership for regular service and got to know the way they do business. After I inherited a Hyundai Sonata from my dad, I continued to take it to the dealership for regular service and got to know the way they do business. This service visit produced a terminal diagnosis for my 15-year-old car, and I purchased a new Accent. The experience was friendly, easy and helpful for my situation. I highly recommend this dealership for both service and sales. The service agent was Dirk Dunham and the salesman was Jake Ciani. Jake, in particular, could not have been nicer, and Dirk was pleasant and helpful. More

This gentlemen does not have a filter and I believe to be unprofessional with celebrating sales and making comments like "your keep me from dinner with my kids" and "I am only 1.5 vehicles away from my bonus". I myself are in sales and would never celebrate sales in front of my customers and congratulating other salesman by yelling through the sales floor. This is a major purchase in most peoples lives and deserves more respect. Also told salesman I wanted used, not new. He was assuming I had no down payment. I just wanted to add, I was suppose to receive a call the following day to update me on my approval. I never received the follow up. I have made the decision to not purchase from this gentleman or dealership because I did not receive the follow up call after this bad experience. If I am promised something I should at least get a courtesy call saying they are still working on it. I have visited a couple dealerships and this has been far the worst experience. The only reason I gave 4 stars for friendliness is because there was a salesman with a weird haircut that was very nice and talked to us while waiting on zac . This guy seemed new but I would rather buy from him. Thank you More
