However, from the moment I stepped out of my car EVERYONE from Addison who was very professional & polite for opening the front door for me to Robert who's an energy filled ray of sunshine to the two finance guys Kyle & Dshon who are very funny young men. Everyone made me fill very welcomed, at home, and with no pressure at all to purchase. Everyone working had a smile on their face and truly seemed to enjoy their job. Not only were Austin & Josh patient and understanding while listening to me and my circumstances, but they made me feel comfortable with the entire process and kept me up-to-date on what was happening, and what the next step would be. I was also impressed with the atmosphere in the office/dealership, other employees walking around smiling and having pleasant conversations.
