It was the typical car-buying experience consistent with a large dealership: friendly, professional and efficient. In the end, I probably got an OK deal relative to other dealerships in the area. Note: My contact with this dealership was initiated through Truecar so I guess I was expecting a different car-buying experience. Nonetheless, everyone did a very professional job and I continue to be a big Hyundai fan (this is my 4th one in 17 years). More

I visited numerous dealerships prior to going here and was feeling frustrated and was considering buying from a private seller. Donald at Larry H Miller Hyundai gave me hope that buying a car doesn't have to be painful and not all salespeople only care about selling a car. During the test drive of the Tucson and Santa Fe, Donald was very attentive and helpful. He explained the features of both cars and went over the difference between the two. Not once did I feel pressured into buying but instead focus on giving me knowledge so I can make an informed decision. Went in the next day to buy the Santa Fe, Alex Tolentino stepped in for Donald due to a family emergency. Alex offered very high customer service. From when I entered the building to driving away with my new car, he was there. He took the time to explain all the features of the car, gave me a tour of the facility so I know where to go for services, etc. As a previous people leader, Hyundai, should be very proud of how Alex represents their brand and their product. He truly believes in Hyundai. Everyone at this dealership was very pleasant. From the sales guys at the front door, the receptionist the finance guys and sales manager. They look like they are having fun and enjoy what they do. That says a lot about this place. They treat their employees right which in turn transfers into how the employees treat customers.
