POOR AFTER SALES SERVICE WE PURCHASED A NEW HYUNDAI SANTAFE 2017 FROM Larry H. Miller Hyundai, Peoria, AZ 85382 ON APRIL 8TH 2017. IT WAS PURCHASED ON AN AGREEMENT THAT AN AU WE PURCHASED A NEW HYUNDAI SANTAFE 2017 FROM Larry H. Miller Hyundai, Peoria, AZ 85382 ON APRIL 8TH 2017. IT WAS PURCHASED ON AN AGREEMENT THAT AN AUTOMATIC TRUNK OPENING FEATURE WILL BE INSTALLED ON IT ON THE PRICE SOLD TO US. TODAY IT IS 22nd MAY 2017, 52 DAYS HAVE PASSED, AND MY HUSBAND AND I HAVE MADE SEVERAL PHONE CALLS AND I HAVE VISITED THE LOCATION REGARDING THIS ALSO. BUT TO THIS DAY, NO ACTION HAS BEEN TAKEN. I WROTE A GLOWING REVIEW WHEN WE PURCHASED THE VEHICLE BECAUSE THE SERVICE WAS GOOD UP TO THAT POINT. BUT, NOW I REGRET THAT IT WAS A MISTAKE TO BUY THE VEHICLE FROM THIS DEALERSHIP. FIRST MONTHLY PAYMENT WAS PROMPTLY WITHDRAWN FROM THE BANK ACCOUNT, BUT WE BOTH GET TRANSFERRED FROM DEPARTMENT TO DEPARTMENT WHEN WE CALL AND GET RIDICULOUS EXCUSES THAT "WE HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE PARTS YET", OR "CONCERNED PERSON IS NOT AVAILABLE RIGHT NOW" ETC. Failed to disclose costs would not use this dealership. I have bought 11 new cars so I am pretty used to the car buying process and these guys are some of the worst I have would not use this dealership. I have bought 11 new cars so I am pretty used to the car buying process and these guys are some of the worst I have seen. My sales guy was 20 years old and turned me over to his 24 year old assistant sales manager. I was very clear about what I wanted and thought we had agreed on a price before I came up from Tucson to sign paperwork, Imagine my surprise to see a $500 VIN Etching on the windows, and over a $1,000 to fill tires with nitrogen etc. which they hadn't disclosed to me when I asked for an "out the door price". Immediately following the sales manager launched into the all our customers want these items we put them on all cars blah blah. After 10 minutes of haggling with them and listening to them saying that their price is the very lowest they could go and what a great price it was I ordered an Uber and left. This was followed by them calling me multiple times offering to reduce their price by first one and then two thousand dollars. An inexperienced sales staff working the old bait and switch like used car salesman is their method. Pick a more straight forward and honest operation. More

My only concern is that I traded in 2011 Santa Fe and was expecting to get a higher trade-in amount. I'm not sure why my particular model was only worth what it was as it only had 50K miles on it and was routinely serviced. Other than that I would keep on buying my cars at Larry Miller. Just to let you know, the last time I took my car in for service there were 3 people waiting outside the service area talking about how pleased they all were with this Larry Miller Hyundai dealership.
