Finance Lied and no one wants to take responsibility I purchased a new Hyundai in Dec 2016. When I worked with Tony in finance he sold me on a few add on packages. He stated that the one would allow me t I purchased a new Hyundai in Dec 2016. When I worked with Tony in finance he sold me on a few add on packages. He stated that the one would allow me to bring the car in every 6 months for detailing and if they could not remove the stain they would replace the upholstery; the other package was to repair any scratches or dents smaller than a drivers license. He never provided any documentation, but assured me the services were a great option to protect my investment. Today I took the car in to have it detailed and have some minor scratches repaired only to be informed that they don't provide those services. I was then sent to speak with, I believe his name was Justin,. He then told me Tony had been fired and simply pulled out pamphlets and told me all I have is an option to have the car clear coated, and that I could purchase touch up paint. He also said that the I need to have the interior professionally cleaned and only then would they cover any stains I may have. He never even apologized for Tony's lies, As a consumer I feel like this Larry H Miller simply takes advantage of people and then shrugs you off when you complain. More
