My Experience Experience with the sales dept was great. The finance dept was okay. The first F&I gentleman I spoke to was helpful however the second guy who came in Experience with the sales dept was great. The finance dept was okay. The first F&I gentleman I spoke to was helpful however the second guy who came in, appeared to be a manager, told me the deals were take it or leave it. My concern was rate and payment. I have prime credit and thought the rate and payment should have been adjusted to what I needed. Time seemed to be of the essence, the second finance guy would speak over me and I was present at the dealership for longer than I wanted so I made the interest rate concession to conclude my vehicle search.
