A nice surprise when buying a car! I'd rather go to the dentist than go car shopping (sorry!) However, our experience was surprising pleasant. I inquired about a car on the internet and was contact by Ollie. We intended to only test drive to determine if the vehicle I initially inquired about would meet our needs. When we arrived to testdrive, we were met by one of the sales people standing outside. After taking us inside (out of the wind) he input my phone number and indicated that he would be taking us to talk to Ollie (who had responded to my internet inquiry). I thought that was very impressive since so many dealerships in the past were very "cut throat." That spoke volumes on the type of dealership we were dealing with. I did appreciate the manager that assisted and our finance person (I, however, don't remember their names off the top of my head) - They (along with Ollie) were helpful and informative and didn't mind answering lots of questions. We had lots of questions. More

Awesome people I was approached immediately by a friendly sales person who listened to what I wanted to see. I was shown exactly the vehicle I asked for. My daughter and I both test drove the car. The discussion of the pricing was done timely compared to former experiences with other dealerships. I had advised my sales person what additional coverage I wanted prior to the appointment with the finance department. My records were ready and I was not pushed to consider options I had previously said I did not need. This was my first time on a Hyundai lot and it was a good one. More
