Scam The sales experience was fine. The finance experience was horrible. They are running a scam and try to cheat you whenever possible. My finance guy sne The sales experience was fine. He sad it would be free, then added $1800 to the agreed to price for the car. Thankfully I caught it that evening and with a little yelling, got it fixed the next day. This is a scam that I plan on taking to the BBB and Attorney General of Arizona. More

That took away from the customer service part with my original contact. The finance paperwork was done in a timely manner. The finance person was very knowledgeable and polite but I think talked to change the subject at hand. Money is nothing to be passive about, therefore should be the most professional part of the process. Overall, I had a good experience. Everyone was friendly without being pushy and respectful to my whole family. Thank you for assisting me find my car. More
