Satisfied Custommer Our salesman Olie was awesome, I usually dread car buying because of pushy salesmen but Olie was not like that he actually made the experience fun. He was very nice, knowledgeable and a really nice guy. Sam the online sales manager knew a lot about the vehicle and provided all the questions and concerns that we had and helped with our decision. Danielle who set up my service for a few items that the car needed was also very nice and professional. Finance was quick and got my paperwork done timely and provided all the extended warranty information. Service was another story, The service person I dealt with seemed to be in a big hurry to get me out of there. I noticed a few things that were done incorrectly and his answer was " It's not my fault, I didn't do it" He advised me that there was just too much to do in one day. If I would have been told that in the beginning, I would have scheduled a 2nd day to get the items done. I did speak to the service manager about this and he advised me he would speak with the gentleman and all of my issues have been addressed. Overall my experience was great with all the sales people.
