Service Appointment 4/14/2016 Very professional and comfortable service appointment from the start to finish. We purchased our new 2016 Hyundai Elantra GT from Larry Miller in Octo Very professional and comfortable service appointment from the start to finish. We purchased our new 2016 Hyundai Elantra GT from Larry Miller in October, 2015. Made the appointment from my phone with the service department. The service agent was very polite, listen to my needs, and set up an appointment that worked for me. Received an email message with a reminder of appointment with the service agents first name and time. Arrived at the service department and met the servicing agent who immediately introduced himself and walked me back out to my car. There the service agent asked me if I had any concerns or issues with the car and he said that he would take care of all my needs. Routine oil change was performed and I needed a replacement window wiper blade, which was covered under warranty. I could not have asked for any better service. Upon completion of the service work, my car had been washed and cleaned on the inside for me. The agent gave me the keys and thank me for visiting their service department and welcomed me back at any time I needed any assistance. An exemplary experience and I would highly recommend Larry Miller Hyundai for sales and service. More
