Great Experience I had my cars in for service at the same time. My husband and I decided to look at new cars on the lot. Great Experience! I must admit that I usually hate to visit a car dealership because of experiences in the past but my recent visit was so good I had to write! I was looking for a car on the Internet and clicked on the chat button and started talking to Johnny Pearlstein who was very friendly and I made an appointment for the next day. When I went in to the dealership Johnny had some cars for me to look at but I didn't really want to buy that day. Johnny continued to follow up with me and I did go to visit some other dealerships but didn't feel like that they really wanted to help me. So I went back to Johnny and he found the perfect car for me! I did haggle with him and his manager Steve Coleman and was very happy about the price. Both Johnny & Steve were excellent-they made me feel very comfortable and used very good sales and customer service skills! Syed was friendly, knowledgeable and committed to great customer service. He was not pushy, but rather took the time to find out exactly what vehicle would fit my needs and more importantly, my budget. He did an excellent job of showcasing all of the features of the various models and trim packages. He was also extremely helpful in assisting me with the setup of my navigation system and Bluetooth capabilities. He followed up within a few days to make sure everything was going well and that I was enjoying my new vehicle and not having any problems. When I encountered a problem with the financing paperwork, he went above and beyond and helped me get the problem solved. I really appreciated all of his efforts! I will definitely recommend Larry Miller Hyundai and in particular, Syed, to my family and friends. Thank you for such a pleasant experience--I love my new Elantra!!! More
