While there I had asked them to check the sensors in my tires because the tire warning indicator was coming on every few days but when the air pressure was checked, they were not off by much at all. While checking, they found a nail in my tire and fixed it. Craig has always been easy to work with and he also gave me a list of items and costs that are recommended in the near future. Waste of a day! I had a 1030am appointment for oil change and 3 recalls and it's now 5pm! I was told that I had an alignment issue so I told them to fix it. Bait and switch attempt plus very rude Finance Assoc. Walked in with TrueCar pricing and calculated payments. I really did my homework. The Internet Mgr showed me the car and said that we would absolute Walked in with TrueCar pricing and calculated payments. I really did my homework. The Internet Mgr showed me the car and said that we would absolutely get the TrueCar price and the monthly payment that I had worked out. They jacked around and jacked around and finally came close to my monthly payment calculation....sort of. When we got into Financing, Robert, presented us with the contract that had the agreed upon payment EXCEPT that he/they added 12 months to the financing and NEVER told us ahead of time. Then Robert became very rude and obnoxious, BE VERY VERY WARY OF THIS DEALER. More
