I wasn't happy with the price because we didn't get enough trade-in and we paid full sticker price. We also didn't get any rebates when we could have bought a Nissan Rouge for considerably less. Same advertised fuel economy and more power. Why didn't we walk, we just bought our 6th Hyundai. We just wish we would have gotten some consideration for that. More

Best car experience ever. I usually hate buying a new car because of the hassle of dealing with "salespeople". However, this was the exception. Everyone was extremely friendly, professional, helpful and even served us pizza while waiting for the paperwork to be finished. Working with Jeff Alves was a real pleasure. Not only is he extremely knowledgeable and courteous, but he went out of his way to make sure we understood everything and fully explained all the warranty selections and other options. I actually enjoyed buying a car this time....and even got to watch the NFL playoff game in between. You all get a "thumbs up". More

But, for the first time I had a PLEASANT EXPERIENCE, all thanks to Mr. Gary Lockwood. A sales professional who is a retired marine with impeccable manners, that went above and beyond to make the whole car sale easy and enjoyable for my husband and I. From beginning to end Gary was Awesome! He's patient, thoughtful, easy going, personable, who even took the time to laminate our Insurance card that my Ins Co. faxed over. He cared about the little things, he had the guys in the back wash the car we bought two times because the first time it wasn't up to his professional standards. Even though Gary is very professional, he also had a wonderful light sense of humor that made my husband and I so comfortable; and we both found our selves laughing quite a few times during what is usually and painstaking process !!!! He helped me find the perfect car in a stress free environment, with none of the usual pressure. He took great care to make sure everything was just right and looked out for our best interest. I wish more car salesman could learn from his slower friendly, caring approach; I think they would sell more cars if they did. Not only did I get a fantastic Genesis Coupe, we made a friend in the process. Thank You Larry Miller, for employing such a wonderful man.
