Dirk Dunham & the service techs were terrific I had the best dealership service department experience in my 50 years of car ownership. Dirk was friendly, helpful and efficient. The tech properly diagnosed the throttle problem that was misdiagnosed by Brake Masters #185 (intentionally misdiagnosed in my opinion). They saved me $585 from the Brake Masters' estimate. They also addressed 3 recall issues and replaced the timing belt. I took the car in at 4:00 pm and it was ready the next day. I would not take my 2008 Hyundai anywhere else for service. More
