Mr. L Martinez:The true essence of professional salesmanship What a pleasure to have Mr. Luis Martinez as my salesman on my recent purchase of a 2015 Hyundai Tucson. He was like a breath of fresh air compared to What a pleasure to have Mr. Luis Martinez as my salesman on my recent purchase of a 2015 Hyundai Tucson. He was like a breath of fresh air compared to many of my past car purchasing experiences. He epitomizes the term "consultative selling". Our initial conversation after a warm greeting by many Larry H. Miller sales and management staff involved asking for some very basic information from me: (1) My interest in buying or purchasing a new or used car? (2) What my budget range was. (3) Colors and options. (4) Knowledge of Hyundai product line (5) And most importantly, my expectations finding a vehicle within my budget and specifications within the Hyundai product line. Mr. Martinez started by showing me Hyundai SUVs in the 2016 and 2015 models that he felt might fit within my budget and specifications. We had a great dialogue each of the vehicles I test drove or just saw for comparison. He guided me each step of the way without any of the old fashioned hard-selling or underhanded ploys used by past salesmen. It was a purely great experience from start to finish, and also seeing the extra Larry H. Miller customer service in action before the sales, when they fixed a slow leak I developed on one of my front tires on the way to the dealership. The second instance of true customer service was when I said that my wife had been delayed at work and would not be able to test drive the new car. Mr. Martinez and his management team allowed me to drive the car I wanted to buy home to allow my wife to test drive the car, and feel that she was an integral part of the decision-making process. My wife and I cannot begin to express our sincerest gratitude and appreciation to Mr. Luis Martinez for his exemplary and professional salesmanship, and to the entire management, financing (Mr. Robert Cortez) and service department team for their efforts in making this a most pleasurable experience. Thank you Al Dimperio!!! I want to personally acknowledge and thank Al Dimperio for all of his hard work in finding my car. My 2004 Elantra died over Labor Day Weekend. I no I want to personally acknowledge and thank Al Dimperio for all of his hard work in finding my car. My 2004 Elantra died over Labor Day Weekend. I now live in CA, but, am from AZ. For this past month, I have been working with dealers in both states to try and find the vehicle I wanted (which, to my surprise, apparently was very hard to find). Every other dealer I worked with tried to sell me what stock they had, instead of trying to find me the car I wanted. But, not Al. He took the time to ask and listen to what I wanted, and, did a search in the system. The car I wanted was in N. Utah. I paid a deposit to secure the vehicle, and, a week later my vehicle arrived to the Peoria dealership. I flew from CA to AZ to pick up my car and drove it back to CA. NO ONE else that I worked with, in 2 states, was willing to do the work it took to find me the car I wanted. But, Al did take the time and saw it through. Thank you Al, so much, for your dedication in helping me finally, after a month of not having a car, get my new car. It's exactly what I wanted, I LOVE IT and it's all thanks to you!! p.s. I told Al that I didn't need him to show me how the stuff worked on the car, so, that is why I selected "no" for those questions. And, since I live in CA, that is why I won't be bringing my vehicle in to the Peoria dealership for service. But, I am, once again, a very happy Hyundai owner thanks to Al Dimperio! More
